1. How do I get assistance if I need it?
Email info@angeliquescollections.com for any order or product related questions. We look forward to helping you with your inquiry. We respond to email messages in the order that they are received, and we will respond to your email as quickly as possible.
2. How long does it take for me to get my shipment?
Angelique's Collections utilizes USPS to ship our packages. Orders are shipped typically within 1-3 business days after your payment is verified. Shipping averages 5-7 days unless priority shipping is chosen. Length of time will vary depending upon your zip code. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4pm EST will not ship until the following Monday. Also, orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Does Angelique's Collections ship to an alternate address?
Because cardholder security is important to us, Angelique's Collections does not allow shipping to an address that is different from your card billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as work/friends house) will result in a pending authorization. This pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3 to 5.
4. I never received my package, what happened?
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
5. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
AngeliquesCollections.com is very sorry that the item that you desire is out of stock. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly. If an item is re-stocked, it will be available to order again. Otherwise, you may check back on our website as our inventory changes frequently. We constantly update our Instagram and Facebook about restocks, so be sure to follow us on our social media to stay updated :)
6. I placed an order and one of my items is stated as "NIS", will I still be charged for that item?
NIS stands for "NOT IN STOCK" Although an item was in stock when purchasing, it does not mean it is ALWAYS either sellable or accurate in stock. Our stock is our priority but unfortunately, stock mishaps happen. Occasionally, items may have been damaged upon receipt to us so it is removed from stock. Sometimes items are added at the exact same time as another customer, which affects the availability of the product. Refunds will be issued for the item(s) out of stock. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for any refund to appear on your statement, which is done as soon as your order is processed.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
AngeliquesCollections.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, and Paypal for all orders.
8. How is billing done for PayPal?
Customers who sign up for a PayPal account must sign a billing agreement, which authorizes the merchant to take payments directly from their PayPal account. Only then can the customer control how to pay for their purchases. For detailed information, customers can contact PayPal Customer Service by calling 888-221-1161.
